I was really disappointed with the lack of a working lift; it made carrying our luggage up the stairs a real hassle. Plus, my daughter uses a wheelchair, and not having an elevator at all was frustrating.

I had been eagerly looking forward to visiting South Pier during my trip to Blackpool, as I had heard great things about its lively atmosphere and stunning views. I chose Kings Promenade specifically for its proximity to this iconic landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at the hotel. The beachfront restaurant, Harlequins, served a delicious full English breakfast in the morning, giving us the perfect start to our days.
Minor wifi issues.

The kids loved the beach, and we found plenty of fun activities at the nearby piers and theatres. The hotel was quite cozy, perfect for family adventures.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use some upgrades. The lack of breakfast facilities would be a letdown for families with children.

The stay featured superbly spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly. There was a notable lack of housekeeping throughout the stay, with no service for days, and minimal toiletries provided. Unfortunately, the absence of even basic dining options during this time was quite disappointing.
